Keep On Keeping On!

Are you tired of daily hearing about the current pandemic? Do you cringe when you hear people argue about mask wearing? Are you weary of the insistent arguing about vaccinations? YOU'RE NOT ALONE!!! For some reason people of faith find themselves on opposite sides as we battle through this pestilence, and sometimes we find it hard to find peace in the midst of the current turmoil. YET, let me share with you some facts - ALL things pass away (eventually)! This is the way of God's created world, but an even better fact is that God has said, "...Behold, I make all things new..."(Rev. 21:3-5)!!! Don't be discouraged - keep wearing your masks, keep using the hand sanitizer (or as our youngest granddaughter says, "Don't forget the hanitizer!"), and protect your neighbors and fellow believers by getting  vaccinated and boosted!  For spiritual advice, I go to the pastor. For my taxes, I go to H&R Block. For political information I check the blogs of several prominent writers (or I can ask the mayor of our little town of Dayton a direct question and I'm sure that I'll get a direct response!). But for medical advice, I listen to the professionals who have taken oaths to protect and preserve life, and I think that's a good way to go!
